How do I add a spectrum email to Outlook?

Automatic configuration
To add your Spectrum email account automatically:
1.      Open Outlook.
2.      Choose the File tab.
3.      Choose Info.
4.      Choose Add Account. The Add New Account wizard opens.
5.      Enter your name as you want it to appear when you send an email.
6.      Enter your full Spectrum email address.
7.      Enter your Spectrum email password.
8.      Enter your email password again to confirm.
9.      Choose Continue. The configuration process is started.
10.  Select Finish to complete the account setup.
Manual configuration
To add your Spectrum email account manually:
1.      Open Outlook.
2.      Choose the File tab.
3.      Choose Info.
4.      Choose Add Account. The Add New Account wizard opens.
5.      Select Manually configure server settings or additional server types.
6.      Choose Continue. The Select Service page opens with Internet email selected by default.
7.      Choose Continue.
8.      Under user information:
·         Enter your full name in the Your Name field.
·         Enter your Spectrum email address.

10.  Under credentials:
·         Enter your full email address in the Username text box.
·         Enter your email password.               
·         If you want Outlook to save your email account password, select the Save password check box.
·         Select the Require login using SPA (Secure Password Authentication) check box.
11.  Select Test Account Settings. If you do this:
·         The system's connectivity to the Internet is confirmed.
·         You are logged on to the servers.
·         A test message is sent. This message explains any changes Outlook made to the initial setup.
12.  Choose Continue and then Finish.
